A guide to assist in the training of student employees

Printing from a MacBook with the WEPA driver

When students need help printing the first thing you want to do is to make sure they have the WEPA driver installed on their MacBook.

Downloading the WEPA Driver

Printing from wepanow.com

Another way to print is by visiting wepanow.com and uploading the document to the website.

This option works especially well for members of the Winchester area who are not affiliated with SU.

After you send the email you will receive a response from print@wepanow.com. This is your confirmation that you document has been sent to the WEPA cloud. You also have the ability to edit the options.

Insert your SU ID card to retrieve your prints or log into the kiosk with your SUNet credentials.

Printing from Google Drive

Printing from Google Drive at the kiosk takes the longest amount of time to complete. This is because the student has to use two-factor authentication to login. This could be problematic if the student doesn't have their phone with them. Only suggest this option after you have tried the other methods.
