What is Colored Noise?
Colors appear at different frequencies on the visible light spectrum. While we can't see sound, it also exists along a frequency spectrum. Colored noise is just a way to explain the frequency and sound of different kinds of noises.
While research into colored noise is quite limited, there have been some studies into the benefits of the different frequencies, such as better sleep and improved focus. Not everyone will experience the same effects from each frequency, and some people may not like any of them, but if you are interested in testing them out, below are four of the colored noise frequencies.
