Using WorldCat Discovery to find a journal article

Imagine that you have this citation to a journal article, and you want to find the full text of the article.

Szwedo, D. E., Mikami, A. Y., & Allen, J. P. (2012). Social networking site use predicts changes in young adults' psychological adjustment. Journal Of Research On Adolescence22, 453-466.

To find the  article using WorldCat Discovery, go to the Advanced Search page for ‚ÄčSU's WorldCat Discovery. Enter the article title in the Title box, and search. 

    

Using WCD and Journals A-Z to find a single journal

To find the Journal of Research on Adolescence (or any 
other single journal) using WCD, be sure you're using Advanced 
Search. Enter the journal title  into the Title box in AdvancedSearch and search.

To find a single journal in the A-Z list, go to the Journals A-Z list (the link is on the Library Links drop down menu on all WCD pages.) Enter the journal title, and search.

In many cases, you will be directed to BrowZine, a new tool for searching and organizing SU library journals.

 
 
 
 

Using Journals A-Z in WorldCat Discovery to find a journal article

To find the same article in the the A-Z list of journals, go to the Journals A-Z list, and select the Articles tab. Enter the article title and the journal title, then search.
